As you prepare for your upcoming trip here is some additional information on what we are doing to keep your family and our mountain community safe
Maintenance: We use a professional management company for cleaning and maintenance. They are available 24/7 to support you should you have an issue. During your stay, we ask that you limit maintenance service requests as much as is feasible. In the event you encounter an issue during your stay we will work with you remotely (via phone and email/Airbnb app) to attempt to resolve the issue. If the situation is an emergency or requires an intervention we will work with you on plan to limit interaction with housekeeping staff. We appreciate your patience.
Access: Although our condominium complex is very small (only 4 units) we ask guests only to access the property though our private garage. Our neighbors are in their golden years and we ask that you try to maintain distance.
Cleaning: As always, we use a professional laundry service and will provide a complete change of towels, linens, pillows and, our cleaning company will ensure all hard surfaces and high-touch areas are completely disinfected. We are also providing wipes and paper masks for extra reassurance.
Kitchen Supplies: As usual we will leave some useful condiments for guests - such as salt pepper cooking oil and coffee. These will be available to all guests. Therefore, if you wish not to use these items then you might want to consider packing or shopping for these items in advance of your trip.
